A bouquet of violets
Violet leaves were formerly known as aphrodisiac.
But today we know that the tempting scent of the violet can stimulate enkephalin production. This is a chemical messenger (neurotransmitter) that is cheerful and can relieve pain. A drop in enkephalin levels can cause melancholic moods and a lack of self-confidence.
They bring us back into contact with our midst and balance body, soul and spirit. They also put us in a dreamy and inspiring mood. In this way, our senses and the joy of life are stimulated again, the imagination is inspired and you can dream and hang on to your thoughts again. In addition, they also promote soothing sleep.
